About The Space:
We have a nice and cosy cafe space with a capacity of 20 people to sit, or a few more if standing up. The space has a fully fitted kitchen, coffee machine, and grinder.
The space is available to rent from Monday to Sunday. The kitchen can be rented out separately as well if someone needs it.
Fully fitted 1200 sq metre cafe space in a prime location between St John's Wood, Edgware Road, and Marylebone.
The space also has a fully fitted kitchen, which can be hired either on its own or as part of a full cafe space. This space has 2 doors and big windows and has a cosy and artistic vibe. It is ideal for any event, be it an official meeting or be it a birthday party a supper club, or any social or official gathering
To note: We ask for 50% extra of the agreed fee as a security damage deposit which is returned to you within 24 hours after the booking presuming all booking details are adhered to.
